Therapeutic Offerings

WE'RE HERE TO SUPPORT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING. BELOW IS AN OVERVIEW OF THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE AND WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THE PROCESS.

  • We recommend that prospective clients begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation, which can be booked using the link at the bottom of each page or within the relevant section. This allows us to understand your needs, answer any initial questions, and ensure that we are the right fit for you.

  • Following the consultation, most clients proceed with a comprehensive initial assessment. This session helps us gain a deeper understanding of your experiences and allows us to recommend an appropriate therapeutic approach based on your individual needs.

  • Following the assessment session, ongoing therapy sessions can be arranged and booked on a regular basis. Sessions are typically one hour in length and can be adapted depending on your needs. Most sessions are held online for convenience, however in-person sessions in Northampton are available on Thursdays and Fridays by prior arrangement.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

If you feel ready to take the next step in your journey towards improved wellbeing, we invite you to book an individual therapy session.

We understand that no two people are the same, which is why we work collaboratively with you to develop an approach that is suited to your individual needs.

Our clinicians are trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and more.

OUR 1-HOUR SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A SPACE FOR YOU TO EXPLORE AND PROCESS YOUR THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, AND EXPERIENCES WITH ONE OF OUR EXPERIENCED PSYCHOLOGISTS.

Our clinicians are trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, ensuring that your needs are met in a person-centred manner. If you bulk purchase your sessions upfront, package options may be available.

Sessions typically last up to 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed, and you may end a session at any time if you feel comfortable. In-person sessions are primarily available on Thursdays and Fridays, unless discussed otherwise.

Relationship THERAPY

Are you and your partner(s) experiencing communication difficulties? Is there a sense of misunderstanding between you? Do you feel your relationship is unequal? If so, our relationship therapy service provides the support you need.

Through our online clinic, our psychologists support couples from a variety of backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ couples, ethically non-monogamous relationships, and couples from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Our goal is to work collaboratively with you and your partner(s) to reach an outcome that feels supportive and constructive for everyone involved.

If difficulties are affecting your relationship, we are here to provide professional support and guidance.

We aim to make our services as accessible as possible by offering concession rates in certain circumstances. If affordability is a concern, please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
