Welcome to our therapy services section! We’re here to support your mental health journey to better well-being. Here’s an overview of what we offer and how our process works:

We recommend that all prospective clients begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation, which can be booked via the link at the bottom of every page or in the relevant section here. This session allows us to understand your needs and answer any initial questions, as well as to make sure that we're a good fit for you and you're a good fit for us.

Following the consultation, most clients proceed with a comprehensive initial assessment unless discussed otherwise during the complimentary consultation. This step helps us design a therapy plan tailored specifically to you or your relationship after learning more nuanced details about what you would like support with and your current situation.

Following the assessment session, you can then go ahead and book the regular hour-long sessions. These can be tailored to be longer or shorter depending on your needs. Please let your psychologist know your requirements. Most sessions are held online for your convenience; however, select in-person sessions are available on Thursdays and Fridays in Northampton, with prior arrangement.

We strive to make our services accessible by offering concession rates. If affordability is a concern, please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.
Services
Our 1-hour sessions are designed to provide a space for you to explore and process your feelings with one of our experienced therapists. Our clinicians are trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, so you can rest assured that your needs will be met in a person-centred manner. Plus, if you block purchase your sessions upfront, you can save money with our package deal. The session will last up to 60 minutes, unless arranged otherwise but you can end it at any time when you feel comfortable. In-person sessions are primarily available on Thursdays and Friday, unless discussed otherwise.

Relationship Therapy
Are you and your partner(s) struggling to communicate? Is there a lack of understanding between you? Do you feel like your relationship is unequal? If so, our relationship therapy service provides the support you need. At our online clinic, our experts have experience helping couples from a variety of backgrounds, including polygamous relationships, LGBTQIA+ couples, and couples from different cultures. Our goal is to work together with you and your partner(s) to reach an outcome that works for both of you. Don't let difficulties in your relationship cause a rift between you and your partner(s).
