ADHD ASSESSMENT SERVICES
OUR ADHD ASSESSMENTS ARE COMPLETED IN TWO PARTS TO ENSURE A THOROUGH AND COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION.
PART ONE
Part One involves completing screening questionnaires which explore common characteristics associated with ADHD and any areas of difficulty that may be impacting daily life.
You will also discuss your experiences with a HCPC Registered Psychologist. Based on the information gathered during the screening process, a collaborative decision will be made regarding progression to Part Two of the assessment (the diagnostic assessment).
PART 2
Part Two consists of a detailed clinical interview exploring current experiences, personal background, and developmental history.
Diagnostic tools specifically designed for ADHD assessment will be used as part of a structured and comprehensive evaluation process.
The combination of both parts allows for a thorough and accurate assessment of ADHD symptoms.
If the outcome suggests that a full ADHD diagnosis is not appropriate, the discussion will still provide helpful insight and recommendations for alternative support where relevant.
Following assessment, you will receive a written report outlining the findings, formulation, and recommendations to support next steps.
Should you wish to explore medication as part of treatment, we have established referral pathways with qualified medical professionals. Any medical services are arranged independently and referral fees are not included within the assessment cost.
